I'm lazy with the updates apparently.  Day 2, was another two times a day session.  Recorded one from each.  Day 3 was skipped, and Day 4 was just one day.  So far so good.  Used the training mask for Day 4, and then 5, and it felt alright.  Not great, but, not the worst either.  Will continue to push it with that to really get the cardio where it needs to be.  Love the feeling of taking it off, because you immediately feel like you can go another 3 rounds.
