2x workout today

I need to get back into shape.  Not just decent shape, but good.  I let myself get shittier than I should, and there is so little you actually have 100% control over in life, I should at least take control of this.  So, I'll use this to keep track of each workout and go over my Muay Thai to see where I suck and can improve.
